Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain internal software systems and tools
Build and optimize CRM functionality, APIs, and automation workflows
Collaborate with operations, legal, and collections teams to improve system efficiency
Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and system outages
Integrate third-party services (APIs, telephony, payment systems, etc.)
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Assist with system architecture and ongoing platform improvements
Requirements
Experience with JavaScript and modern web development frameworks
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems or internal tools is a plus
Familiarity with cloud platforms, automation, and scripting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
2+ years of software development experience (or equivalent practical experience)
